** COURT-ORDERED SALE **

- A minimum deposit of 5% of the offered purchase price is required with any Promise to Purchase, payable by bank draft or certified cheque made payable to Charron Boissé Lévesque In Trust.

- No offer shall be accepted until a period of ten (10) business days has elapsed from the date the property is listed on the CENTRIS network.

- Seller's Schedule A forms an integral part of the Promise to Purchase.

- Please allow seven (7) days for review of any submitted Promise to Purchase.

- Any Promise to Purchase that does not comply with the conditions required by the Seller pursuant to the Judgment and Schedule A shall be deemed invalid.

- No prospective purchaser shall be permitted on the premises.

- The Buyer shall independently inform himself/herself of the effects and consequences of a court-ordered sale and shall satisfy himself/herself as to the quality of the title being acquired and the condition of the Property, which shall be purchased on an "as is, where is" basis. The Seller makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever to the Buyer.

- Any taxes, levies, duties, assessments, or other charges resulting from the sale, as well as the costs associated with the registration and publication of the Deed of Sale, shall be borne entirely by the Buyer.
